Our Work

Stories of system change across health, education, community, and workplace settings.

The model

The Stepped Care 2.0® Model

Stepped Care 2.0® (SC2.0) is an evidence-informed framework that fundamentally reorganizes how mental health, wellness, and substance use health services are delivered.

Conventional models often treat recovery as a slower, linear process that unintentionally locks resources behind barriers and long waitlists. SC2.0 disrupts this status quo by taking the original stepped care framework and adding two vital dimensions: choice and readiness. In this person-centric model, a system’s existing assets, both formal and informal, are organized into an open-access continuum- ensuring people can access the exact level of support they need, when they need it.
