Can an ecosystems approach to mental health bridge gaps in and across overcomplicated mental health and substance use health systems?
On the new episode of The “So, Why?” Podcast, Stepped Care Solutions’ President and Lead Executive Officer AnnMarie Churchill is joined by Converge Mental Health Coalition Executive Director Meaghon Reid to discuss how care and intentionality are central to a connected and collaborative systems approach. They also share examples of what it looks like when the shared purpose is sustained wellness of an individual and community, rather than any one successful interaction with an agency or service provider.

They will be solved by creating the conditions for collective action, where diverse partners come together around a shared purpose to build a stronger, more connected mental health system.
